Kristy's Bachlorette Party

This is my beautiful best friend. She's getting married this coming weekend and then headed off to Chicago to be with her man.

We've been through so many things together and each moment I spend with her is unforgettable. If you were to meet her, you will never forget her. She's that type of person.

PS: These photos are not mine. They actually belong to my friend StrawberryAi. I failed that night at taking photos as my camera ran out of battery from my trip to calgary. And the Camera was passed along quite nicely so there were many more pictures I don't have shown here.

So I tried my best, to throw her, as good a bachlorette party as I could.
At this particular evening...I managed to ask a friend to bake a cake for me...a Penis rainbow cake.

When we brought it out we decided to let Kristy have a go at cutting the cake....She decided to butterfly the cake right down the middle.

The expression on her face when she cut down the cake to find out that it was a rainbow cake was absolutely priceless....I'm not sure who was holding the camera at this point as it was passed around a lot but I'm sure happy they caught her expression.

I have to thank Andrew so much for baking the awesome cake! And Priscilla for helping me with the rest of the dealings...you know what I mean!

These two probably highlighted the party even more with what they've done to help. The cake was definitely the best of the food...we have so much food left over it's a little insane how much food there is to go around.

At first I was a little worried that we might not have enough....and then we ended up with a little more than I thought we needed.

So much we couldn't even fit it all on the one big table.

It was definitely even more hilarious watching some of the people dig into the big rainbow penis cake....they wanted cake....but at the same time...they weren't really sure if they should be eating any.

Soon after the cake was cut and the people have had their fill of the food, it was time to stick some in the fridge and head on out to Bank Ultra Lounge.

A lot of us have actually never been there before and it turned out to be a pretty decent little place for the rest of the party to finish up.

On the drive there, however, was also a lot of fun.

We had 3 cars going to the same destination with people in each car. I think our car was probably the most filled up one while other people headed home to change into more formal wear. Apparently they wouldn't let you in otherwise.

I love all my friends equally..but Kristy has grown into more like a sister to me. I love her and would be devastated to even see her upset, or sad.

I'm so happy that she gets a chance to finally go and be with the one she loves. I'm happy that doesn't have to be far away from love's grasp anymore! She finally gets to start a life that she's been waiting for, for! But I would be lieing if I said I wouldn't miss her.

She is by far, the most amazing woman I have met. Just by her walking through the door, she literally lights up the entire room. (i know a lot of people use this line when they're in love) but I use this line as a general statement...for anyone! When you first meet her she leaves such a beautiful impression on you that I gaurantee you, you won't be able to forget her.

I'm happy she finally gets to have the life that she wants but I sure will miss having her around.
